St. Catherine's "Treasure Island" Family Picnic/Silent Auction - Sunday, September 21st

Silent Auction

This year the theme for St. Catherine's Picnic is "Treasure Island". Along with this theme, we will be holding a Silent Auction, in conjunction with the Picnic. We are asking if the St. Catherine community will contribute at least one item towards the themed baskets below:

"Family Night", "Restaurants on Board", "Barbecue", "Gardening", "Coffee", "Outdoorsman", "Mom's Day", "Christmas", "Home Goods", and "Baby".

Please place your items in the church undercroft or Parish Center. The basket committee will be responsible for assembling all the items into the themed baskets. If you are interested in donating a full basket or have any questions, please feel free to call Carol Rocha at 908-616-2397 or send an email to crocha@hcrhs.org. All items are due by Sept. 1st.

I would like to thank everyone in advance for helping to make our Silent Auction a success!

Music performed by parishioner Tom Hyland's band-Devine Trio; Games; Crafts; Beer Garden; and Ice Cream.

New this year:
Open Air Photo Booth with props; Silent Auction-producing many treasures of gifts and fun; and St. Catherine's Prayer Shawl Ministry Sale.

Just a few of the plans in the works!

Volunteers needed for:
Food Organizer; Ticket Sales; Communications; Children's Games; Family Games; Children's Crafts; and Set-up and Clean-up.
